ABOUT ME

Lynda Frost, J.D, Ph.D. lived and worked on four continents, but she has called Austin home since 2003. She’s committed to helping foundations, nonprofits, and other agencies maximize their impact in improving health, human services, education, and criminal justice outcomes for the most vulnerable communities. She’s passionate about fair and effective process, with expertise in facilitating groups to maximize the engagement of each participant to apply what we know to make positive change on the ground.

 
 

EXPERIENCE

After 14 years with the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health, Dr. Frost brings extensive experience in grantmaking, program design, strategic planning, and public policy. She is celebrating two decades of teaching graduate students in law, public policy, education, and social work and approaches her work with an eye to strengthening the next generation. She has an extensive list of publications and speaking engagements (in English and Spanish) and a lengthy history of effective programmatic and operational outcomes.
